What data we process

Contact form. When you send a message through our website, we process the details you provide: name, email address, company name (if given) and your message. The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Email. If you contact us directly by email, we process the details you choose to share in order to reply.

Legal basis and purpose

We process contact form and email data on the basis of legitimate interest: our legitimate interest is responding to enquiries from potential customers and partners. You have the right to object to this processing — see your rights below.

How long we keep data

Contact form and email data is normally deleted 24 months after the last contact, unless longer storage is required for a contract or statutory obligations.

Third-party services

To run this website we use a small number of sub-processors, which process personal data as data processors on our behalf:

• Hosting and network (Cloudflare). The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical logs may contain IP addresses for a short time for security and operations.
• Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). The contact form is protected by Turnstile, which verifies that a human is submitting the form. Turnstile sets a functional cookie during the check.
• Email delivery (Resend). Messages from the contact form are delivered via Resend to our inbox.
• Web analytics (Plausible, optional). We use Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data. No analytics cookie is set and no profile is created.

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing, and we never sell data.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• receive information about the personal data we process about you (access),
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have data erased ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict or object to the processing,
• receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability).

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access control and data minimisation: we only collect what we need in order to respond to you.
