The challenge
AI and data competence is the market's bottleneck — in Sweden especially, where skills supply tops the list of barriers to AI adoption. Recruiting takes months, consultancies' junior setups learn on your time, and interim solutions often leave the organisation as dependent as before.
Since our first years, the understanding has been different: engagements are about leaving capability behind — not building dependency.
Our approach
- A clear brief. Together we define what the role should accomplish — not just what it's called. That gets you the right person and a measurable assignment.
- Senior on the ground. You get consultants who have done the work before, across AI, data, architecture, management and quality. With our network we staff broader needs too.
- Handover as standard. Documentation, pair work and training are part of every engagement. When it ends, the knowledge stays with you.
- An honest ending. When the need disappears — or when we're not the right fit — we say so. Long engagements should rest on value, not inertia.
Our documentation heritage from three decades of technology work shows here too: knowledge that isn't written down leaves with the consultant.
Frequently asked questions
How is your augmentation different from staffing?
Method and accountability. We don't just place a person — we arrive with a working discipline: defined outcomes, documentation and knowledge transfer as standard. The goal is an organisation that is stronger after the engagement, not more dependent.
Which roles can you fill?
Technical roles in AI, data and architecture; leadership roles such as interim CTO, tech manager or requirements lead; and specialist roles in quality, documentation and compliance. With our broad network we can staff wider needs too.
Can engagements be done remotely?
Yes — partly or fully. We recommend being on site in key phases like kick-off and handover, because context spreads faster around a table. The rest can happen wherever suits you.
